Variable Data is a form of on-demand printing in which elements such as text, graphics and images may be changed from one printed piece to the next without stopping or slowing down the printer, using information from a database or external file. For example, a set of personalized letters, each with the same basic layout, can be printed with a different name and address on each letter. These letters can then be matched with addressed and bar coded envelopes.

Variable data printing is mainly used for direct marketing, customer relationship management and advertising. We print the piece and the variable data at the same time.

The post office gives discounts for doing some of the work that they would normally do, such as pre-sorting, address verification, etc. We have all of the equipment and software necessary to get you the maximum discounts allowed by the USPS. CASS certification is where we compare your mailing list with the USPS official list and update your list so that it is 100% accurate.

These discounts will help to offset the cost of our services. A lot of times we can do the work you would be doing for cheaper and you are left with more time to get done what you do best.

Repetition is important. We have found that eight separate mailings for 1,000 records gets a better response than if you mailed 8,000 different records once. The mailings should be spaced no less than three weeks and no more than six.
